Coming Home
to Wholeness
The transpersonal approach is soul-centered, spiritual, and holistic, fostering a nurturing and safe environment. I am dedicated to ensuring that clients feel supported in exploring their experiences and bodily sensations, empowering them to uncover and cultivate insights, and integrate this newfound understanding into their lives to address their specific concerns.
This work encourages you to embrace curiosity and delve into the depths of self-exploration, uncovering all the mysterious, hidden, buried, and forgotten aspects while utilising all your senses. It ultimately leads you home to your innermost self.

The Magic of
Art Therapy
So what is art therapy? In contrast to other mental health and allied health professions, it uniquely incorporates a visual component. It involves a therapeutic partnership between the therapist and the client, encompassing dialogue, expression, creation, and exploration during the art-making process.
My approach is holistic, client-centred, and collaborative. I employ an integrative methodology that may include meditation, visualisation, relaxation, sound healing, and yoga, tailored to my client's needs. This method harnesses the expressive and somatic components of Transpersonal Art Therapy as a means to bolster mental health, healing, and overall well-being.
No previous art experience or highly developed fine motor skills are required; art serves purely as a medium for expression.
The Six Senses
The human body has five fundamental senses: touch, sight, hearing, smell, and taste. Beyond these, we acknowledge the existence of additional senses that contribute to our perception of the world, a concept often referred to as the “sixth sense.” This encompasses intuition and extrasensory perception, which involves the unconscious ability to have “gut feelings” and deep insights. These senses come together to form what I call the “super sense,” allowing us to navigate the world and access intuitive knowledge, going beyond the limitations of the five basic senses.
Through a collaborative journey of creativity and somatic awareness, I am committed to providing my clients with a supportive, trusting, non-judgmental, and sacred space where an authentic relationship is built. I walk beside you as you express yourself and grow as we delve into the profound intricacies of self-discovery.This approach aims to facilitate the attainment of mental, physical, and spiritual equilibrium, ultimately cultivating a state of wholeness.
